Dietitian Responsibilities You'll Love:
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional evaluations and develop personalized meal plans based on residents’ health conditions and dietary needs.
- Collaborate with nursing, medical, and food service teams to monitor residents’ progress and adjust nutrition plans as required.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents and their families to promote healthy eating habits and manage dietary restrictions.
- Ensure all dietary practices and food services adhere to state and federal guidelines, as well as facility policies.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives, including the development and implementation of nutrition policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of residents’ nutritional status, interventions, and outcomes.
NOW HIRING: Dietitian
What We Look For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Current Registered Dietitian (RD) credential.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in long-term care or nursing home environments.
- Strong understanding of nutrition guidelines, dietary restrictions, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Note: Pay rates are determined based on experience and are subject to applicable shifts.
