Hospitality Aide Responsibilities You'll Love:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed, such as dining, dressing, and grooming.
Provide companionship and social interaction to residents.
Escort residents to and from activities, dining areas, and appointments.
Assist with resident transportation within the facility.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of resident rooms and common areas.
- Assist with laundry duties as assigned.
- Ensure the facility is well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing.
- Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests and concerns.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other staff members.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents and their families.

What We Look For:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to serve seniors.
- Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
