Staffing Scheduler Responsibilities You'll Love:

• Schedule and coordinate staffing for nursing and non-nursing positions to ensure adequate coverage.
• Monitor staff attendance and manage shift changes or coverage needs.
• Maintain accurate records of staff hours, time off, and overtime.
• Communicate with department heads and staff to address scheduling needs.
• Ensure compliance with staffing regulations and facility policies.
