Occupational Therapist Responsibilities You'll Love :

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for residents.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve the functional abilities of residents.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Educate residents and staff on therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and progress.

    What We Look For :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Delaware.
  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented.
