RN Admissions Nurse Responsibilities You'll Love:
- Coordinate and oversee the admissions process for new residents
- Conduct assessments and ensure proper documentation
- Communicate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide exceptional support to residents and their families during the transition

- Active RN license in Delaware
- Experience in long-term care or admissions preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
