RN Manager Responsibilities You'll Love:
- Lead and supervise a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure high-quality care for residents
- Oversee daily operations of the nursing department and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Ensure proper staffing and work schedules for the nursing team
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff and provide coaching and support
- Handle resident and family concerns with compassion and professionalism
What We Look For:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
- Previous experience in a nursing management or supervisory role, preferably in long-term care
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate and dedicated to providing the highest standard of care
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Note: Pay rates are determined based on experience and are subject to applicable shifts.
