Skilled Unit Manager RN Responsibilities You'll Love:
- Manage and supervise the skilled nursing unit, ensuring high standards of care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
- Oversee nursing staff, providing guidance, training, and support

- Active RN license in Delaware
