Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Responsibilities You'll Love :

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and swallowing assessments for residents.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Provide therapy services for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Educate residents, families, and staff on techniques and strategies to improve communication and swallowing.
  • Monitor and document residents’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy services and progress.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and facility policies.

    • NOW HIRING : Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)What We Look For :

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current, valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Delaware.
  • Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting is preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and engage residents and families.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
