Job Description
We are looking for individuals with world class customer service skills, including excellent rapport building, phone & listening skills and time management. Day-to-day activities will include assisting customers with our Payroll/Time & Labor platform, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and providing support with other payroll related matters.
The position is a Payroll Support Specialist which requires a detail-oriented, solution-driven individual, who is able to operate well under pressure while remaining calm and maintaining a positive demeanor.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Train customers to use the platform
- Assist customers in entering and processing payroll
- Produce various payroll related reports when requested
- Ensure timely and effective resolution for payroll related matters
- Update system information when required
- Provide support on the Time & Labor aspect of the platform
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Willingness to go above and beyond expectations
Job Requirements:
- 2 years payroll experience
- Excellent communication, listening and customer service skills
- Excellent analytical, time management, and problem solving skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to keep calm under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
