Description:
- Production & Material Handling Perform manual or equipment-based tasks to meet production standards while ensuring safety and compliance.
- Quality Control & Inspection Inspect components, materials, and final products, documenting findings and notifying supervisors of issues.
- Documentation & Compliance Accurately complete batch records, logbooks, and official documents while following cGMP, SOPs, and company policies.
- Equipment Operation & Troubleshooting Perform minor mechanical adjustments, clear jams, and evaluate product quality within defined limits.
- Teamwork & Continuous Improvement Work collaboratively to solve problems, adapt to changes, and participate in process improvements.
- Physical Requirements & Work Environment Must lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted (75 lbs. assisted), wear PPE, and work indoors/outdoors as needed.
- Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, ability to follow instructions, perform basic math, and communicate effectively in English.
