Project Manager / Account Manager Launch and Onboarding
Location: Remote (Preferred: San Francisco, New York, Denver for FTE consideration)
About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of our strategic merchant launch projects.
- In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, managing, and communicating with stakeholders throughout the merchant onboarding and launch process.
- You will work closely with various teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to live operations.
- This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage with both internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the launch and onboarding of merchants, overseeing a portfolio of projects from start to finish.
- Prepare presentation decks and analyze data to identify key issues and solutions.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders both internally and externally, ensuring a seamless process.
- Deliver high-quality customer service while guiding merchants through the onboarding process.
- Keep all project details organized and up to date to ensure successful launches.
- Utilize G Suite and Google Sheets for reporting and tracking progress.
- Conduct presentations and train merchants on the platform.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management or project management, ideally from a tech or software development company.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent customer-facing skills, with a strong understanding of the sales-to-launch process.
- Proficiency in G-Suite and Google Sheets.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both internal and external.
Interview Process:
- 3 Rounds of Interviews: First and last with the Hiring Manager, second with Operations counterpart.
