Position: Associate, Growth Merchant Lead (aGML) for Emerging Markets
About the Role:
We are seeking an Associate, Growth Merchant Lead (aGML) to join our Outside Sales team. This role involves driving new business growth in emerging markets by securing partnerships with local and regional restaurants. The position requires significant travel within your assigned geography to meet potential partners face-to-face.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to emerging markets, primarily in rural areas, to expand business presence.
- Present partnership opportunities to restaurant owners and negotiate revenue share agreements.
- Manage a fast-paced, transactional deal cycle, closing new business within days.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to access market insights, partnership data, and sales tools such as drop-off materials, gift cards, and business cards.
- Maintain compliance with travel guidelines, which may include overnight stays and longer travel days.
Compensation:
- Base pay with additional commission for each new restaurant partnership secured (after meeting a minimum number of partnerships).
- Commission capped at $1,750/month.
Qualifications:
- 2.5 years of experience in a closing sales role or related field.
- Ability and willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
- Strong skills in both inside and outside sales tactics to achieve goals.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build strategies and playbooks for scalable success.

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
