Outside Sales Executive – Supply Chain Sales

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Executive to join our Supply Chain Sales team. This role focuses on driving adoption and recurring business for our innovative Supply Chain product line, providing faster and more affordable food inventory, packaging, and supplies to restaurant partners. You will play a key role in onboarding new partners, building long-term relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of this business line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth by prospecting, engaging, and converting restaurant partners onto our Supply Chain platform.
• Develop and manage a book of business, ensuring high retention and recurring sales.
• Educate restaurant owners and decision-makers on the value and cost-saving benefits of our product line.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and outreach to closing deals and ensuring successful onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, providing excellent customer support and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and partner needs to refine sales strategies and maximize impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize service offerings and improve partner experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the food service, restaurant supply, or logistics industries.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to identify pain points, present solutions, and close deals effectively.
• Strong analytical mindset to assess sales performance and market potential.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations or food service supply chains is a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
