Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Deskside Support Technician to join their team onsite in Overland Park, KS. This is a 6 month contract, with the opportunity for extension. This role will involve Separation Activities: Migrating from: Intune Tenant, Mailboxes, OneDrive, Teams Phones, etc. and migration to: Client AERO M365, SharePoint, Office Printers, User Data, etc.

Skills And Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting end users during large migrations
- Experience supporting Office PC, Teams, Phones, and Printers
- Experience providing break-fix duties, IMAC (Install, Moves, Adds, and Changes)
- Experience packaging and shipping out equipment
- Inventory equipment experience
- Must have appropriate customer service mindset, demeanor, patience, and technical ability and understanding to support employees during separation project to include: employees of various technical ability
- Provide follow up support for end-users after migration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to stand long periods of time and walk to desks
- ServiceNow ticketing system experience is a plus
- CompTIA A Certification is a plus (not required)
