Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Desktop Analyst to join their team onsite in Atlanta, GA. This analyst will be responsible for providing support for all end-user technology including desktops, laptops, tablets, cell phones, and handheld devices. Audio / visual equipment support experience is a plus for this role (Not required). This position will be responsible for procuring, configuring, and deploying end user technology as appropriate to support business needs. In addition to providing day-to-day support in resolving incidents, the analyst will also be responsible for tracking assets as they progress through the hardware life cycle.

Overview
- Walk-up support, taking calls from field personnel, and working in a ticketing system
- Support Windows 99.5% and 5% Macbooks
- Support for handheld Zebra scanners and tablets
- Supporting hardware
- Experience with Intune, ServiceNow, Active Directory, ADManager plus
- Experience with MS Teams and Kaseya, will be used for remote support
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills required
