This analyst will be responsible to support IT Site Lead / Business Partner with daily IT related topics across all enterprise technology areas. This role focuses on ongoing technical operations with key focus on manufacturing technologies including digital services, business intelligence, network, security, compliance, and infrastructure. Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintaining IDF rooms (checking construction readiness regularly, coordinating gear installation, keeping rooms in good condition, patching ELAN / RLAN systems as needed, etc.)
- LAB equipment (software installation and configuration as per vendor's requirements on the client built benchtop devices)
- Office and Lab workplace setup
- Help with the site projects and installations (AV rooms, Tier Boards, Printers, Digital Signage, etc.)
- IT Hardware deliveries and storage room management (still getting a lot of equipment)
- Support client site Lead to execute on developed IT strategies for respective sites and coordinate global upgrades, acting as liaison between global and business teams
- Assist in communications between client and the Client business
- Support the Business to roll out new and existing capabilities to strengthen digital expansion and maturity
- Support client initiatives to advice business at site level on tech and digital innovation
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology / Systems, or other relevant field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Good understanding of IT principles and practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
