Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Level 1 IT Administrator to join their team onsite in Ridgefield Park, NJ.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform basic repairs of PCs and laptops
- Manage PC inventory room while registering newly received PCs with asset tags into client system
- Process defective PC repair through PC repair service vendor
- Disposal of aged PC / hard drives through disposal vendor, and remove asset from the client database
- Provide phone and email user support and new hire status updates to HR
- Deployment and retrieval of PCs to users and Tier 1 IT at onsite / remote offices
- Provide support for and maintenance of printers
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for database management, creating charts and pivot tables
