We are currently seeking a qualified Level 2 Deskside Technician to join our client’s team onsite in Greeley, CO.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware or software related issues for personal computers, peripherals / printers, mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, mobile phones, etc.)
- Provide video / audio conference support, Office 365 application support, and proprietary software support
- Support audio conferencing meetings such as onsite department town halls and confidential meetings
- Assist with end user hardware setup and deployments
- Install applications for end users; most installed from company portal
- Assist with MFA setup and support for end users - Phone and YubiKey depending on situation
