We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch patient care, observing and assessing patient body systems, and ensuring continuity of services whenever needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current LVN License in the state of CA
- Ability to follow through with the Plan of Care by observation and assessment of patient's body systems
- Highly motivated individual with a passion for working with the senior population
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Participation in staff meetings and in-service reviews
- Requirements: Active LVN License in the state of CA, dependable transportation, current driver's license, auto insurance, current CPR, ability to perform physical aspects of position, TB testing, annual flu vaccinations
