Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Education Student Communities Analyst to join their team. This community-facing role will support client's administrative tasks. This includes tasks related to supporting student events, assisting in the application process, and helping moderate severs. This role will participate weekly in several zoom meetings, and engage daily in written team communication. This role will interact with others (team members, community members, 3rd parties) with empathy first and must be motivated to continuously contribute to client users, team, and their success.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Processing event support requests from campus experts
- Ensuring Swag is ordered and shipped to supported student and EDU events
- Assisting with organizing, reviewing, and accepting applications for the Campus Expert program
- Helping moderate servers by responding to DMs and messages asking questions about procedures and processes, as well as fielding questions about swag, shipping, events, and more
- Ensuring that the Campus Experts program processes run smoothly and with minimal interruption by proactively addressing potential blockers
- Coordinating with the Program Manager and other stakeholders regarding student events, both virtual and in person
- Assisting in other Education team related needs as they arise
31.00 per hour
