Our client has a brand new opportunity for a Field Service Technician to join their team onsite in Wilmington, NC and provide unparalleled technical support. This Technician will travel within a radius of 25 to 100 miles daily, depending on the area and specific route, and is required to have a valid driver's license.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Track and monitor issues, provide notes and feedback
- Understand AC / DC and backup power concepts
- Manage triage, troubleshooting, and resolution to client scope on IT equipment
- Document efforts, issues and resolutions, close cases / tickets daily
- Complete all assigned projects and tasks
- Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of provided tools and vehicles
