We are currently seeking a qualified Level 2 Support Technician to join our client's team onsite in Nashville, TN. This opportunity is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provide end user support activities to both onsite and remote users
- Troubleshoot level 2 tickets for hardware, software and network incidents
- Provide IMAC, device replacement, and break / fix support
