Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Level 2 Technician to join their team onsite in Largo, FL.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Provide hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone / email / chat for client's end users
Provide IT vendor customer service
Serve as primary contact for client's IT vendors for system implementations
Test IT implementation as required : network access, wireless, telephony
Coordinate and manage relationships with client's vendors and client's local and remote support staff
Hands and feet' for implementation and support for all IT service areas for Client's new office
Skills and Qualifications :
Minimum 3 to 5 years of deskside PC support, customer service, and support experience with problem solving involving hardware, software, and networks
Experience assisting the implementation of IT required
Extensive experience in Desktop with Windows based support
Previous experience supporting laptop, desktops, servers and / or printers
Excellent customer service skills
Able to provide support on own with limited oversight
Hands-on work experience with the following
Windows Operating systems
Some experience with Mac support
Imaging desktops and laptops
Knowledge of Active Directory
ITSM ticketing workload management
MS Office 365 suite / MS teams
