Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified O365 Migration Technician to join their team onsite in New York, NY. This role will be in an enterprise environment providing on-site support. A Technician bilingual in Spanish is a big plus for this role.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provide "white glove" service to end users
- Assist end users who have recently migrated to Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11
- Provide "how to" support to end users and walk them through the new user interface (UI) and the new tools
Skills and Qualifications :
32.00 - $34.00 per hour
