Looking for a PT LPN in Redford to handle a few overnight shifts a week for a ventilator/trach dependent client. The shifts are 11pm - 7am. The client is ventilator and trach dependent.

RESPONSIBILITEIS
- Provide routine individualized care for the client following a plan of care
- Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing, light housekeeping, assist with meal prep and feeding and running errands
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status
QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess a caregiving mentality
- Valid LPN License
- Reliability a must!
- Ability to utilize an electronic timekeeping system
- Transportation and valid drivers license
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience in caregiving
- Ability to pass a background check
- At least 18 years old
