Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license with authority to practice in Washington State.
- Certification or significant experience in wound care (e.g., CWS, CWCN, or equivalent) preferred.
- Prescriptive authority (DEA number not required)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance for travel between patient locations.
- Strong clinical skills in wound assessment, debridement, biopsies and advanced wound care techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a mobile setting.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive wound assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide advanced wound care to patients in their homes and skilled nursing facilities.
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and facility staff to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct telehealth/virtual visits as permitted by state laws
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient visits, treatments, and progress.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on wound care management and prevention strategies.
- Travel efficiently between patient locations in Snohomish and King Counties
- Work autonomously and collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals
