Key Responsibilities:
Perform blood draws and other specimen collection procedures at Primary Care Clinics,
Assisted Living Facilities, and patient's homes with precision and care.
Accurately identify patients, verify test orders, and label specimens correctly.
Adhere to infection control protocols, including sterilizing equipment, using PPE, and
safely disposing of sharps.
Enter and verify patient and insurance data in our database with accuracy.
Maintain meticulous records of blood collection procedures, patient information, and
specimen transport.
Communicate effectively with patients to ease anxiety and provide exceptional service.
Prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications:
Previous phlebotomy experience preferred, with a proven track record of successful
blood draws.
Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures.
Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of insurance (required for
traveling to patient locations).
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
