Role : Business Systems Analyst
Location: Dallas TX ON-SITE
Long Term Contract
- 10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- 3 years' hands-on experience in the design, development, implementation, and the execution of automated test scripts
- Analyzing current business processes and systems
- Communication and Co-ordination with Business Stakeholders, be upfront and ask right questions with business
- Gathering requirements from stakeholders
- Identifying and recommending system improvement opportunities
- Competitive Business System and Data analysis
- Creating healthy roadmap and backlog for the team/product
- Writing Epics/Features & User Stories
- Writing Functional & technical requirements specs including internal & external system integrations
- Communication and Co-ordination with technical teams.
- Agile process management including handling sprint grooming and planning session and demos.
- Organize and co-ordinate meeting team and notes.
- Regression testing by coordinating w/ Dev & QA teams
