Currently we are looking for Warehouse Associates and Order Pullers to help in our Distribution Center in Olathe KS. Our Warehouse Associates have the responsibility of providing complete customer satisfaction through their focus on quality, efficiency, and accuracy in picking, packing, and shipping orders to our customers throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders by picking product, checking orders for accuracy, packing, shipping, unloading, and loading of trailers.
- Duties could also include stocking, inventory control or processing returned goods.
- Keep work environment and warehouse clean and free of debris.
- Performs other related duties as directed by management.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform work quickly and accurately.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on the task at hand.
- Thrive in a team-oriented work environment.
- Be an active participant in continuous improvement activities.
- Strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
- Ability to adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Seasonal overtime may be required as well as flexibility in scheduling.
Education, Experience and Licensing Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- The ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
- Standing for extended periods of time.
- Working in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
- Noise level for this position is moderate.
