Journeyman Tool & Die Maker - 1st Shift | Precision Manufacturing
We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Tool & Die Maker to join our team at ExcelliSearch, Inc., a debt-free machined metal product job shop with consistent growth and no layoffs since 2008.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up manual and CNC machine tools with precision and efficiency.
- Repair dies, gauges, tools, and assemble parts to make repairs, utilizing blue print reading skills and measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Operate equipment in the toolroom, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Fabricate parts as needed to perform repairs, demonstrating problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience as a Tool & Die maker, with a strong background in troubleshooting and repairing tools or machines.
- Proven ability to read blue prints and utilize measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- A solid work history, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the field.
- Must be a United States citizen or possess a green card.
- Residence within 45 minutes of Franksville, Wisconsin is required.
