Manager of Safety & EHS Compliance Training
We are seeking a highly experienced leader to manage our safety and environmental health and safety (EHS) compliance training programs.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of leadership experience managing personnel and safety programs, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Training, or a related field.
A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to develop and implement training programs, policies, and procedures based on organizational needs is essential.
The successful candidate will also oversee accident investigations, collaborate with HR on the Worker's Compensation program, and lead the Safety Committee and Government Compliance Committee.
In addition, they will ensure compliance with EPA-required programs, including Risk Management, Emergency Planning, and Air Emissions, and stay up-to-date on safety, training, and environmental regulations through ongoing education and training.

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Training, or a related field.
- 5 years of EHS management experience.
- Solid work history.
- US citizen or possess a green card.
- Residence within 45 minutes of Jefferson, Wisconsin.
