IMPACT : As the Solution Architect, Oracle Financials Consultant, you will leverage your extensive experience to provide strategic advice and guidance across all facets of Oracle Finance, including implementation, configuration, customization, and ongoing support. for both on-prem and cloud. You'll play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, training materials, and best practices for the Oracle Finance system, ensuring that the team operates at the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness. Your expertise will directly influence the success of our projects and drive innovation within the organization.
A Day in the Life :
Identify, write, and manage business requirements.
Contribute to functional and technical design, prototyping, and process design.
Support configurations, customizations, reporting, testing, and user training.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
Provide ongoing support to Oracle Finance users.
Implement best practices for Oracle Finance.
Stay updated on the latest Oracle Finance releases.
Collaborate with departments for seamless integration with enterprise systems.
Participate in developing new financial processes and procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Oracle Finance issues.
Deliver training sessions on Oracle Finance.
Prepare and present performance reports and analysis.
Travel to clients on a milestone basis
IDEAL PROFILE :
Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Oracle Finance SME. Must have experience in multiple modules (GL, AR, AP, FA, CM, EBTax, Expense, Accounting Hub, AGIS). Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification in Oracle Financials is a plus. Experience in manufacturing, retail, & financial services clients is highly preferred.
Recent, long-term experience working as an employee of a professional services firm as a consultant.
Success with the delivery of multiple Oracle ERP implementations, including Oracle Cloud Applications.
Deeply knowledgeable of accounting principles and best practices.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Deadline driven while providing high-quality work.
