Role Description
This is a full-time in-person Retail Sales Consultant role based in Liverpool, NY. The Retail Sales Consultant will be responsible for interacting with customers, promoting health insurance plans, answering inquiries, and assisting with enrollment processes.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience
- Sales experience
- Knowledge of health insurance plans and benefits
- Valid NYS Life, Accident and Health License within six months of employment required.
- Completed training and certification for NYS of Health Individual and SHOP marketplaces within three (3) months of employment required.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in sales or retail industry
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
