Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach & Enrollment: Develop outreach strategies, guide prospective students through the enrollment process, and implement innovative solutions to meet the diverse needs of the community.
- Process Improvement: Oversee and refine the enrollment process to ensure accessibility, efficiency, and an excellent participant experience.
- Communication & Liaison: Serve as a trusted liaison between departments, facilitating clear information flow between internal teams, GED centers, and external partners.
- Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain documentation and reports. Organize and manage all records related to GED programs, including student files and assessment data.
- Student Support & Follow-Up: Monitor student progress and coordinate with GED centers to ensure timely completion of required tasks. Maintain communication with Admissions Representatives and provide necessary student support.
- Collaboration & Partnerships: Maintain and develop relationships with training organizations, assist in building partnerships, collect feedback, and share program updates.
- Advocacy & Equity: Drive equality in organizational support and equity in access to resources, ensuring the success of training programs across the community.
- Program Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and progress. Continuously seek ways to improve administrative processes and enhance program efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with government and non-government entities, tribal nations, and other key partners to drive program success.
- Performance Measurement & Reporting: Define and regularly report key program metrics to leadership and team members.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on trends and best practices in alternative education to adapt programs to the evolving needs of students and families.
- Coordinates effectively with multiple departments regarding student files and status updates.
- Communicates professionally with various agencies regarding student progress and program requirements.
- Adheres strictly to state, federal, and institutional policies and procedures.
- Generates daily and weekly reports and ensures compliance with all deadlines.
- Provides exceptional support to admissions representatives and internal staff.
- Attends semi-annual graduation events as a mandatory requirement.
- Demonstrates outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Can multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Understands the operational needs of non-profit and alternative education programs.
- Has experience scaling and managing education programs.

- High school diploma/GED and three years of related work experience, OR
- Two years of post-secondary education and two years of related work experience, OR
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least one year of relevant experience, OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
