Role: HVAC Technician/Engineer
Location: Richmond, VA (onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Experience Required:
Hands on experience in the build and Testing of Refrigeration system
Refrigeration system balancing and charge balancing
In depth knowledge in the system design of refrigeration / HVAC system
Hands on experience in building the refrigeration system which include
Tube bending and brazing
Component integration
Experience in working with Hydrocarbon refrigeration system & refrigerant
Compressor vacuuming charging
Energy consumption testing at various system conditions
Hands on experience in handling environmental chambers
Basic hands-on skills in electrical system setup and wiring considering safety standards
Understanding the refrigeration parameters (temperature and pressure requirements at various conditions
Test setup preparation: Preparing Thermocouple and calibration, setup of flow meters, pressure transducers as applicable
Instruments handling: Hands on experience in handling DAQ. Connections to the test setup based on the test procedure
Report creation: Gather test data, analyze test data, and draw conclusions
