About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for the DCF Family Safety program. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients, respond to inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone or in-person
- Resolve customer complaints in a fair and respectful manner
- Complete follow-up customer inquiries as necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail delivery, including postage machine operation
- Tidy up the playroom when used
- Prepare closure letters and other documents as required
- Fulfill various administrative tasks to support the team
