Excelraise, LLC is seeking a Business Analyst (NC Child Welfare) for our client in Raleigh, NC.
***All work must be completed on site at the client’s discretion***
The purpose of this position is to provide business analysis and system analysis support to systems used for the administration of Human Services programs, specifically Child Welfare. The position provides subject matter expertise in the program area of North Carolina child welfare and provides knowledge and experience in the direct delivery of services and benefits. With this background, the Business Systems Analyst helps establish functional system analysis, policy support and enforcement criteria, and sets priorities related to the programs for a child welfare case management system, including stakeholder priorities and requests.
Basic Qualifications:
- NC Child Welfare experience
- Demonstrate considerable knowledge and skill in navigating and evaluating system functionality based on strong program knowledge and expertise
- Ability to transfer knowledge and other important or relevant information including problem solving to stakeholders, end users, and project team member
- General knowledge of statistical procedures, accounting procedures and reporting
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, communicate effectively, and share knowledge
