Excelraise, LLC is seeking an Deployment and Desktop Support Technician (Entry Level) for our client in Charlotte, NC.
***This is Onsite Position***All work must be completed on-site***
***Interview Mode: In Person Only***
A Deployment and Desktop Support contractor required for Mecklenburg County.
Description:
Facilitating the refresh of hardware (laptops & desktops, peripherals, etc.) to bring equipment current with county hardware standards and security policies. Will be directly responsible for reimaging existing laptops and desktops, as well as deploying new laptops and desktops (and accompanying peripherals) at multiple locations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Able to work without assistance; can provide limited leadership to others; able to manage medium complexity work efforts; may have industry experience.
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds regularly.
- Large scale deployments of 500 machines preferred.
- Must be able to stand and move around in classroom style setting daily.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, VPN client, Microsoft Office suite, and Windows 10.
