Excelraise, LLC is seeking DHHS EHR Rev Cycle PM for our client in Remote/Raleigh-Durham, NC.
- The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services requires the services of a EXPERT Epic Revenue Cycle project manager to manage the planning and implementation of an EHR implementation project for the Division of State Operated Healthcare Facilities and transition from the legacy rev cycle system.
- CANDIDATE MUST BE CERTIFIED IN AT LEAST ONE EPIC REVENUE CYCLE APPLICATION
Skills
- Certified by Epic in at least one Revenue Cycle applicaiton.
- Experience working on IT projects to deliver and/or enhance Electronic Health Record revenue cycle applications.
- Experience working on clinical healthcare information technology projects.
- Ability to create simple to complex project plans, timelines and work breakdown structures using project management tools (Microsoft Project).
- Very strong work ethic and ability to work at a fast pace to meet aggressive mandated timelines.
- Must have strategic planning skills with good understanding of roadmap development.
- Capable of leading effective project meetings that are tailored to the audience.
- Negotiation, written/oral communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to write and present effective project materials, including presentations and status reports.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, clients and other IT personnel including vendors.
- Proven experience with working collaboratively with business/program partners.
- Ability to identify and resolve effectively system or business process/project issues.
- Ability to build, influence, lead and motivate effective teams towards end results.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work in a high-demand dynamic environment.
