Excelraise, LLC is seeking a NC DHHS IT Project Program Manager for our client in Dix Campus Raleigh NC.
- The NC Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking an experienced IT Project Program Manager with in-depth knowledge of public health to lead an IT data modernization and transformation effort for DPH.
- This lead management role will work with multiple internal and external stakeholders, project teams, divisions, departments, and vendors to strategize and build a strategic road map and plan that supports the DPH’s data modernization objectives
Skills
- Program Management experience managing multiple large complex projects.
- Experience creating roadmaps for the portfolio.
- Experience developing business case , Cost Benefit and market analysis.
- Proven track record of delivering IT projects within budget, scope and schedule.
- Objective decision-making ability based on strategic objectives priority, business performance analysis and resource availability.
- Hands on experience managing project risk, cost, schedule, quality, testing, and communications.
- Strong supervision, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Demonstrated presentation, training skills, oral and written communication skills.
- Solid work experience with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project).
- Experience with MS Office.
- PMI certification Project Management Professional (PMP). Highly desired
- State Government experience. Highly desired
- Experience managing implementation of a statewide IT project. Highly desired
- Experience with modern data architecture, data lake, data warehouse, and relational database structures. Highly desired
