Excelraise, LLC is seeking a .NET Architect (Onsite) for our client in Blythewood, SC.
Scope of the project:
This assignment will support the SCDMV web service and website development and troubleshooting. Projects include SCDMV online service design and development, website redesign and integration, external business-to-business web service design, enhancement, and support. Requires expertise in web certificate processing and management and secure communications. Some production troubleshooting support will be expected, so some level of production support experience is desirable. The candidate must be a U.S. citizen and CJIS certified.
Daily Duties / Responsibilities:
1. Analyze the SCDMV Phoenix II and web service applications
2. Take the lead in analyzing and troubleshooting assigned system problems
3. Propose solutions
4. Code, test, promote, and interact with impacted users ensuring that solution meets
requirements.
5. Provide daily and weekly status to the development manager.
Required skills:
- Microsoft .NET architecture and programming.
- MS web service architecture and programming including WCF and MVC.
- Business to business web service interface architecture.
- Web user interface programming.
- Windows workstation programming and programming against device driver APIS.
- Visual Studio 2015
- Visual Studio 2019
- VB.NET, C#.NET, ASP.NET, WCF, WEB API
- MS Internet Information Systems (IIS) architecture and support.
- Web security
- Application programming against RDBMS (Oracle and SQL).
Preferred Skills:
- Web service troubleshooting and production support experience.
- Microsoft Team Foundation Server.
- Microsoft office
- Experience with motor vehicle administration or a similar government sector.
Required Education:
Prefer Bachelor’s degree in information technology-related discipline with 8 years of experience or minimum 10 years related experience.
Required certifications:
Not required but MS technical certifications will be factored in the selection process.
