Excelraise, LLC is seeking an Project Manager / Project Lead for our client in Columbia, SC

***This is 50% Remote Job***

***PMP REQUIRED***

Daily duties / responsibilities:

• Work with IT Leadership to confirm priorities, adjust as needed, identify gaps, assist with developing and maintaining IT Portfolio
• Use project management methodologies to manage tasks throughout all phases of the projects in the portfolio.
• Ability to plan, organize, review, implement associated project milestones to completion.
• Ensure Business Requirements are defined and tracked
• Ensure technical requirements and work breakdown support business requirements.
• Work with team and stakeholder to identify gaps.
• Follow and ensure IT Change Management process for system production changes.
• Monitor activities and track using agreed upon tools to include but no limited to excel, Sharepoint lists, Microsoft DevOps, MS Project
• Hold one-on-one meetings bi-weekly with assigned Team Members
• Hold weekly meetings with support team and/or frequency required.
• Develop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Create and maintain supporting project documentation
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Ability to plan, organize, review, implement associated project milestones to completion.

• Project Management Experience

Preferred skills:

• Ability to integrate technical systems with agency goals and objectives.
• Experience with security and data classification related to CDC, HIPAA, and CJIS.
• Experience in designing and implementing enterprise level systems architectures.

Required education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience.
• Possesses 5-7 years of relevant work experience.

Required certifications:

• PMP Certification – required
