Clinical Staff Educator (RN Preferred) – Central NJ
Salary: $150,000 | Multi-Facility Role (Adroit, Acclaim, Arnold Walter) | Travel RequiredWe are seeking a Clinical Staff Educator to oversee and enhance the training and education programs at our Central New Jersey Skilled Nursing Facilities. This position is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) (preferred) with a passion for staff development, compliance, and clinical excellence.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and coordinate educational and on-the-job training programs.
• Evaluate and update in-service training programs to align with regulatory changes.
• Provide leadership in setting training goals and objectives.
• Secure, develop, and maintain instructional materials and training records.
• Oversee new hire orientation and ensure staff competency assessments.
• Assist in scheduling guest speakers and in-service training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory training, including OSHA, HIPAA, Infection Control, and Fire Safety.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training through observation, audits, and feedback.
• Support survey preparation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• RN license preferred
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and staff development
• Experience in clinical education and training programs
• Ability to travel between assigned Skilled Nursing Facilities in Central NJ
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
