Shift: Full-Time (6 AM - 2 PM and 11 AM - 7 PM)
Pay Rate: $17.23/hour
Position Purpose
The primary goal of the Dietary Aide is to support all food service functions, following established procedures and policies to ensure high-quality, sanitary, and safe food services.

Position Purpose
The primary goal of the Dietary Aide is to support all food service functions, following established procedures and policies to ensure high-quality, sanitary, and safe food services.
Key Responsibilities
While the following duties outline essential functions, this is not an exhaustive list, and additional related tasks may be required based on the needs of the facility:
- Arrive on time, in uniform, prepared for work.
- Handle food and equipment in line with sanitation policies.
- Follow safety regulations when operating equipment.
- Deliver food carts, trays, etc., to designated areas, including resident rooms and dining areas.
- Serve meals in the dining room and prepare and deliver snacks.
- Assist with cleaning duties per the established schedule.
- Report discrepancies to the department supervisor.
- Provide compassionate, high-quality service that meets the needs and rights of residents and their families.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Food Services Director, including daily task adjustments as needed.
- Kitchen experience preferred but not required.
