Key Responsibilities:

As an LPN at Ambassador Healthcare, you will:

• Accurately manage and administer prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs.
• Perform medical procedures, including wound care and treatments, with precision and compassion.
• Diligently document all aspects of resident care, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and resident rights, in line with HIPAA guidelines.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the State of Florida.
• Preferred experience in Skilled Nursing.
