Key Responsibilities

• Partner with our Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to deliver exceptional care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments according to best practices and facility protocols
• Manage timely ordering of medications, supplies, and equipment
• Follow individualized care plans, performing tasks such as wound care, treatments, and documentation
• Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Valid LPN License in the State of Florida
• Experience in Skilled Nursing (preferred)
