- Greeting visitors - You’ll provide a friendly, courteous reception to residents, guests, and staff.
- Managing phone calls - Handle a multi-line telephone system, assist with inquiries, and take detailed messages.
- Visitor management - Monitor the flow of visitors, including healthcare professionals and vendors, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
- Clerical support - Assist with filing, photocopying, faxing, and organizing essential documents.
- Mail and deliveries - Sort, receive, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
