Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and kindness, ensuring a welcoming experience
- Manage a multi-line telephone system, directing calls and taking accurate messages
- Monitor and track all individuals entering and exiting the facility, including visitors, staff, and vendors
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and data entry
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries efficiently
- Keep the front desk organized, tidy, and inviting
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk associate, or in a similar administrative role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to operate standard office equipment such as scanners, copiers, and printers
