Job Opportunity: RN Night Supervisor

Location: Palm Beach Nursing Center

Shift: Full-Time, 11 PM to 7 AM

Pay Rate: $32-$41 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the nursing department during night shifts.
• Create and implement personalized care plans for residents.
• Monitor nursing staff performance, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize resident health outcomes.
• Participate in staff education and development programs.
• Act as a liaison between residents, families, and the nursing team.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Preferred experience in long-term care or nursing management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
