Job Title: Staffing Coordinator

Facility: Azure Shores Rehabilitation and Care Center

Location: Miami, Florida

Salary Range: $24 - $26/hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Staff Scheduling: Generate and manage schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
• Punch Details Review: Review weekly punch details and bonus eligibility for accuracy.
• Certified Hours Calculation: Track and calculate certified hours for the nursing department.
• Payroll Management: Maintain attendance records and process payroll changes for employees.
• Contact Database: Maintain an up-to-date contact list of clinical care employees.
• Employee Follow-Ups: Conduct follow-ups with newly hired CNAs and Nurses to ensure checklist completion.
• Additional Duties: Take on tasks assigned by the Staffing Manager, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a staffing coordinator in a skilled nursing facility.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical skills to manage schedules and staffing data.
